OMA gives you access to text generation and chat through an OpenAI-compatible API.
By using the service you agree to a small set of common-sense rules below: use it legally, don't abuse the infra, and understand that credits don't convert back to USDC. We don't promise uptime, we don't sell your data, and we don't require an account to start.

Usage
The API rules
The OMA AI API gives you access to text generation and chat completions. By using the API you agree to:
Lawful: Use the API only for lawful purposes.
Rate limits: Do not exceed rate limits or abuse the service.
No resale: Do not resell or redistribute API access without written permission.
Key custody: Keep your API keys secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
What you can and cannot do
Do not use OMA AI services for any of the following:
What is not allowed
Anything illegal, harmful, or malicious.
Generating offensive or defamatory content.
Automated spam or mass text generation.
Training competing AI models without permission.
Probing or attacking our infrastructure.
What you can build
Production applications and APIs that call OMA.
Internal tools, batch jobs, and CI workloads.
Products that surface model output to end users.
Research and evaluation against your own benchmarks.
Workflows that chain models with your own code.
Liability
No uptime warranty
OMA AI provides services "AS IS". We do not guarantee:
Uptime: Continuous availability of the API or any specific model.
Accuracy: Fitness or correctness of model output for any particular use.
Errors: Error-free operation or absence of defects.
OMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using the service, including lost profits, data, or any other loss, even if OMA was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Credits
Non-redeemable, never expire
01Non-redeemableCredits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. They do not expire.
02Per-token deductionCredits are consumed per token processed and are deducted in real time at settlement.
03Deposit bonusSelected deposit methods may include a bonus subject to circuit-breaker conditions.
04Volume discountsVolume discounts apply to inference costs for high-usage accounts.
05Card billingOne-time card purchases via Polar appear as 'NOSYT' on your statement.
Termination
When accounts get suspended
OMA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to our infrastructure or other users. When that happens:
What happens on suspension
All remaining credits are forfeited.
API keys are revoked immediately.
Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
You can also leave anytime
Delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
